Hello, World!
The title of this post is the title of the automated entry that WordPress puts in their blogs. I think it’s corny, but it works.
The Waving Lace Socks were all the rage when Interweave Knits Spring 2004 came out. I wasn’t a sock knitter then. Here I am now, though, to jump on the bandwagon.

One down, one to go.
Socks are how I started knitting again. I’d learned in the spring of 2003, to knit a Harry Potter scarf. After knitting copious amounts of color block scarves and a few more complicated projects here and there, I lost my inspiration sometime in 2005. But, in August of last year, I grabbed some Cherry Tree Hill sock yarn, Addi Turbos, and a copy of Interweave Knits, having decided to make socks. Out of this, my first ever finished pair was born. (You can see them here.)
So that was that. I’ve been churning out the socks since, without a sign of slowing.
